Six Degrees of Freedom
Six Degrees of Freedom
The goals of 6DoF, guided by Biljana Baker, are to organize and administer exhibitions, to promote the visual arts and other artists, to organize workshops, and to arrange and promote painting retreats and other artistic endeavours, from time-to-time, as appropriate.
Six degrees of freedom refers to motion in three-dimensional space, namely the ability to move forward/backward, up/down, and left/right and represents the environment that the artists are trying to capture in their works. Love of the natural environment, a desire for broadened horizons, and joy in the limitless possibilities of the creative process has brought artists together to celebrate the freedom of expression.
